Scripture Share ~ Empathy

Thank you for sharing a few moments with me to look over some verses touching on the Biblical idea of empathy. It is the ability to share a person's feelings and pray for their burdens.

"Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ." Galatians 6:2

"Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep." Romans 12:15

"We then that are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves." Romans 15:1

  "Remember them that are in bonds, as bound with them; and them which suffer adversity, as being yourselves also in the body." Hebrews 13:3
