Sorry, that was a trick question. Sweet potatoes come in pink, orange, white and just about every other color as well. Lately, we have been eating white ones but last night we had both white and orange. They are sssoooo good!
We love sweet potatoe fries. We slice them thick and fry them in peanut oil for about 6 or 7 minutes. Sprinkle with sea salt and dip in sour cream, yum!
