Lehman's says "USA made with chrome plated steel - this new can opener is made to last!" I am wondering if it can really be so. My husband has purchased 5 or so can openers in the last year. All work for a few days or weeks and then it's back to slow moving, inch by inch around the can until he throws that one away and splurges for a new one. I think he has paid as much as $20 for one. This one is listed as $10 + $8 for shipping. I'll let him decide if it's worth the chance. :oP
