Scripture Share ~ Dependability

Thank you for sharing a few moments with me to look over some verses touching on the Biblical idea of dependability. It is the character trait that shows a person has a habit of being trustworthy and reliable in both words and behavior.

The dependability of the Lord's promise

"While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, 

and cold and heat, and summer and winter, 

and day and night shall not cease." Genesis 8:22

"Sound speech, that cannot be condemned; that he that is of the contrary part may be ashamed, having no evil thing to say of you." Titus 2:8

"That which is gone out of thy lips thou shalt keep and perform;" Deuteronomy 23:23a 

"In all things shewing thyself a pattern of good works: in doctrine shewing uncorruptness, gravity, sincerity," Titus 2:7
