Favorite Kitchen Tool

I'm all about salads lately and this little tool has been in use for several days now. It has been a staple in my kitchen for years, especially for prepping mounds of fried potatoes or hash browns. Lately I have been loving the straight blade, set on wide, to slice cucumbers, baby carrots, radishes, celery, peppers, and even apples. This plate of salad ingredients was sliced in about a minute and a half.
